ABOUT THE ABILITY AWARDS

List of Awards

The O2 Ability Awards celebrate companies who think differently.

The O2 Ability Awards are business awards for Best Practice in the inclusion of people with disabilities, both as customers and as employees.

The O2 Ability Awards celebrate organisations and business leaders that think differently about people with disabilities. Winning organisations see an employee’s strengths and abilities over any disability and recognise the economic potential of making their products and services available to all customers.

The O2 Ability Awards examine all aspects of employment and customer service. The O2 Ability Awards recognise best practice and progressive attitudes in organisations that see disability and diversity as a corporate asset and key to success.

Highly regarded and endorsed by leading business bodies such as IBEC and Dublin Chamber of Commerce, the O2 Ability Awards have partnered with companies who collectively reach over 19% of Ireland’s working population.
